This Custom Residence was built on 32 concrete piles, approx 35 feet deep, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The residence includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, gym, and a lower level wine cellar. The interior is finished in a colored Venetian Plaster, with marble and walnut hardwood floors throughout. The living room has two radius staircases with custom iron handrails leading to the upstairs suites. The Library features a custom wood paneled and coffered ceiling. The house is accented with 12" custom built-up crown moldings, 8" baseboards, and 10' tall custom stained arch-top doors. The exterior is finished with integral-color smooth stucco, pre-cast concrete stonework detailing and copper gutters. Property includes a hillside infinity pool with Roman fountains, master bedroom sun deck with shower, a back-up emergency generator, and a water storage tank and system for gray water irrigation.
